Greetings to all of you. I've stumbled upon a problem that I can't seem to resolve. I've been using the Desktop Software with no problem until yesterday. I recently moved from XP Pro to 64 bit Vista Ultimate, but didn't have any trouble upon reinstalling the software with the new OS. I've been running that way for about a week with no issues. Suddenly yesterday, when I plugged in the blackberry to the laptop, the computer acknowledged it, but BlackBerry Desktop did not. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted both devices, cleaned up the registry, tried another synch cable and all the usual fixes, but I'm at a loss. I really, really need to be able to synch with Outlook now. If anyone can help me, PLEASE! (big grin) Stepping off soap box now. Thank you in advance. - T'Mreth
