My carrier is SKYNET Belgium when I try to install BB Bridge on my Storm, I receive the answer that I need to install OS vers 5 on my BB Storm. So far not a problem, but my carrier does not allow me to install this and everytime I'll try to do so on another way, every time I am send back to my carrier. Calling to Skynet does not help, they will do the necessary but after 6 weeks still nothing does happen. I bought my playbook to synchronise my calendar, mails etc with my storm, and to use it for my profession (I am prof trainer). I even am not allowed to do Internet tethering. and this is in the capital of Europe and in this modern world. perhaps SKYNET is a daughter of Belgacom who is stilled controlled by the Belgian State and where there are even not possible after more than 400 days to have a government. SKYNET IS BULL SHIT and I am really pissed off. RIM do something please owner of a BB Storm and BB playbook.
