The storm phone freezes on me on average 5-7 times each day. The most frustrating is when it is back to back. I don't understand why I am only offered a "refurbished" phone. Everyone knows all that means is they give you someone else's broken phone. I had a Razor for three years and never had a problem. I don't know anyone that has a Storm and doesn't complain about how slow it is, or how often it freezes--even with the updated software.
