blackberry storm 2 - this is my first blackberry , is it possible that the speed dial is limited to 9 numbers . does anyone know if there is a fix or if there is an app that allows you to have more than 9 speeddials.

I have never disliked a product so much that I went searching for blogs to write about my frustration. The storm phone freezes on me on average 5-7 times each day. The most frustrating is when it is back to back. I don't understand why I am only offered a "refurbished" phone. Everyone knows all that means is they give you someone else's broken phone. I had a Razor for three years and never had a problem. I don't know anyone that has a Storm and doesn't complain about how slow it is, or how often it freezes--even with the updated software. Bottom line, don't sell phones that aren't ready for the market and don't work!
