Blackberry Storm 2 Review! Seven Minute Video Walkthrough

The Blackberry Storm is going to turn one year this November without much updates released, but don’t think that RIM felt asleep and won’t do anything; the Blackberry Storm 2, Odin or more officially Blackberry Storm 9550 is just around the corner. We have heard about the Blackberry Storm Two for now almost 3 months, we saw some blurry videos and pictures leaked possibly by RIM employees, but now, there is a complete review and walkthrough featuring the new Storm 2.

The Storm 2 shown in the video is still in early beta testing, meaning that the interface you see on the video is definitively not the same interface the Storm 2 will have when it is shipped. But although the firmware is really early, I can see from the video that the Storm 2 is possibly faster than the actual Storm firmware, those are great news! The Storm 2 will also apparently have WI-FI opposed to the ol’ Storm, but the carrier will remain the same judging by the wallpaper and the specification sheet.  What worries me about the Storm 2 is the new SurePress system used by RIM, the original one was not a success, we hope that the one in the Storm 2 doesn’t run the same luck. The Storm 2 release date is still totally unknown, but if we had to just say a day we would pick someday between November and December.
