Remember Zachriel from the Gears of War Theme for the Storm? Well, if you do you probably know that his themes are completely amazing, well done and attractive. He recently got tired of his old Gears of War theme and decided tto create something completely different, this time, a theme called Hybrid.
So far this is my favorite Blackberry Storm theme, it is just brilliant, very complete, attractive and stable overall too. The concept was to create a theme that makes the Storm ”Hybrid” a little bit from other mobile brands together in the Storm. There is much from the popular Google Android interface, the iPhone interface and HTC interface, a mix from all other smartphones in the Storm.
Another great feature from this theme is that is very friendly with wallpapers, just any wallpaper will look great. The one displayed on the screenshot is the ribbons wallpaper that you can also download for free. The Hybrid Theme seems to work well, except for the fact that the Un-mute button simply doesn’t work… If you are like me and accedentally hit the mute button with your cheak, this is a huge problem!
I love the look of this theme but the edges of the screen are really glitchy in landscape mode. There is a white border running all the way down both sides through the icons on the ends of the rows. When scrolling, the icons ’smear’ and the edges become unreadable.
I also lost my weatherbug function, the BB messenger is in the upper right corner where the weather should be.
I’ll keep it on the phone but inactive untill there’s an update for this.
i cant find my media button!!! what do i do?
