Blackberry App World for the Storm to Hit Spain, Italy, Germany and France!

The Blackberry App World went live this past April 1st, but unfortunately some countries were left out. Fortunately that won’t be forever,  in an official interview with Bloomberg, RIM’s VP of Global Alliances officially stated that the Blackberry App World would hit France, Italy, Germany and Spain this month. The specific date was not given, but at least we know from an official source that those Blackberry owners living on this countries will get access to the App World within this month.

In the interview, Jeff McDowell also said that India and Brazil will be included in the countries supporting the App World, however, it won’t be this month as the other countries above are.

Currently the App World has over 2000 applications, compared to the 50.000 from the Apple’s App Store, the App World is still far away, however, there are plenty of apps to choose from in the App World.
