Watch TV on Your Blackberry Storm! Transform The Storm into a TV for Free!

storm-tv

Update: If it does not work, go to m.nbc.com from your Storm and then search ”Full Episodes”. You MUST be in the U.S.A.

The Storm is a very useful multimedia device, it can handle video, audio and of course pictures. But never thought of TV?  It seems unlikely, but yes it can handle TV too! I recently discovered that I can watch TV on the Storm without installing extra applications and with absolutely no charge, it only works in the U.S.A and is pretty easy to use. To watch free TV on your Blackberry Storm just go here: http://m.nbc.com/fullepisodes.shtml. And start watching Tv for free on your Storm! Here is a list of the shows you can watch on your Blackberry:

The Office, 30 Rock, Crusoe, Friday Night Lights, Heroes, Kath and Ki, Knight Rider, Lipstick Jungle, My Own Worst Enemy, The Biggest Looser

I hope I could tell, I have a Verizon Storm as everyone else, then I go to m.nbc.com and open the full episodes. Then the video player (of the Storm) opens and strams the video! I have no clue whats happening on the other Storms, otherwise I would help.

Comment       I figured out how to access it.  It has to be exactly typed like it shows.  http://m.nbc.com/fullepisodes.shtml    Do not use www

Not working tor me. Opera Mini(5) says the address (no www.) is “not a valid address”. BlackBerry’s browser goes to the sight, lets me select a program, but when I select an episode, the page just reloads. I got a page offering to place a bookmark in my favorites (duh) I clicked “ok” just to see if it would work. It thought it did, but no bookmark was installed. I have all setting for video(Java etc). enabled in my browser. on some episodes I get “HTTP Error 400: Bad Request” “the server could not understand the page request, or was unable to process it for some reason. Please try loading a different page”. Details button says “Bad Request n.nbc.com:80″
