Epocrates is a Free comprehensive handheld drug guide, this app tells you everything about all drugs available and really fast since it is all digitalized. Just search for the name and BAM! you got everything right in your Storm. It also brings other useful information and guides. There are many releases for Epocrates, there is a free version and then there are more complete and complex versions with more features available. As far from what I have heard on fellow doctors who use Epocrates, they just talk wonders about it. Is the best application, if you are a doctor of course. Don’t forget about Pharmacists! We use it too, but the information in ePocrates is still not everything you need to know about a drug.
For instance, it may tell you the side effects of a med, but that is useless info unless you know the INCIDENCE of that side effect. Virtually every med has a SE of nausea and vomiting. Only through the Pharmacist can you determine the actual clinical relevance and incidence of side effects.

I have purchased a BlackBerry Storm and have tried to down load epocrates both the free and pro version. I initially used my aol then tried through a blackberry e-mail. Everytime it installs and I try to use the error message Object not found! “URL not found on this server” I have tried to install at least a dozen times, in addition no help at all from epocrates, their suggestions are of no value and they refused to communicate on the phone. Any ideas
