Blackberry Storm is in the House!
Finally after so much waiting I finally received my Blackberry Storm! I opened it very anxiously and there it was, the Storm. My first impression is that the device is much wider than I expected and the screen is bigger than I expected. Then I pressed for the first time the power button and it went alive! I was also anxious to see how the physical feedback worked, so I clicked the screen and I noticed it produces the exact same sensation as if I were pressing an actual button. The Storm is not a little bit thick, but that is good for some people because the device feels strong and solid in the hand. I also noticed that my Storm came with a 8GB memory card which is awesome because now I don’t have to worry for extra accessories and memory cards. The Storm did not came with a pouch, I was sure it would come with a belt clip or maybe a small leather case but at least I could not find them in the box, I think thaat those little details make the user happier with their new purchase. Here is a size comparison from the Storm and other devices, left to right: E71, Omnia, Storm, N810, G1
Then I had a look at the new release of the Blackberry 0S, my Storm came with the latest Update from Verizon but so far my Storm has been running smoothly. I browsed the menus and played around with the device. My first impressions are that the Storm is a very easy to use device and has extraordinary ergonomics, the Storm fits perfectly in my hand in both landscape and portrait mode. I will continue exploring the Storm and I will bring you a FULL review, so stay tuned! In the mean while you can check the pictures I took!

I’m truly jealous. You know I always receive high-end devices, but to this day, I’ve never touched a BlackBerry!

The Blackberry Storm is a nice smartphone and the SurePress Touch Screen will help us old folks send better text messages. Unless your under 30 you know what I mean. Every time I go to the VZ site the shipping date changes which leads me to believe their is a supply issue.

The keyboard is no marvel I have to say, It is nice to type with the big one but letters are a bit small.
And yes Verizon is having problems with supply, but I am sure they will have more in the next week, December 15th is almost here!
